A Collaborative Approach to Mental Health Treatment
My approach is warm, thoughtful, and individualized. I believe there is more to your experience than a diagnosis or a collection of symptoms. Together, we can explore the patterns, beliefs, relationships, and experiences that may be influencing how you feel and move through the world.
Seeing the Whole Person
Mental health does not exist in a vacuum. Family, culture, identity, relationships, discrimination, socioeconomic circumstances, and other life experiences can shape how we understand ourselves and experience the world.
My work is informed by anti-pathologizing and decolonizing perspectives, along with an understanding of child development and the ways early experiences can influence how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us.
Counseling appointments are an opportunity to slow down, make sense of your experiences, develop greater self-understanding, and create changes that feel meaningful and sustainable.
